We Create Independence
In many countries, resources for the blind and visually impaired community are limited or don't exist at all. Many blind and visually impaired individuals go without the basic tools they need to learn, work, and live independently.
We started Blind Grind Global Foundation to change that, meeting those basic needs and helping change lives along the way.

Blind Massage Training & Support Program
The foundation supports blind and visually impaired individuals in the Philippines through comprehensive scholarships for professional massage therapy training.Beyond tuition, we provide practical support including professional uniforms, school materials, and essential equipment to ensure graduates can secure stable employment and build independent livelihoods.

BlindGrind Youth Education Support Program
We support blind and low-vision children and young students in the Philippines by providing the critical educational tools required to thrive in school.
From mobility aids to advanced learning technologies, our program bridges the gap between students and academic success.

White Cane Awareness Walk: The 50-Mile Challenge
Join our five-day walk-a-thon from anywhere in the world! Walk with us in Milwaukee or virtually wherever you are. Walk up to 10 miles a day, or set a distance that works for you. Ask friends and family to pledge $1 per mile or make a one-time donation.

Registration: $30, including an official event T-shirt, swag bag, free water and snacks for in-person walkers, and access to our walkers' Facebook group and your own Givebutter fundraising page to collect pledges and see how others are doing

For BOLD Milwaukee Chapter: We support BOLD with a direct cash donation from funds raised at our
5 Day 50 Mile White Cane Awareness Walkathon, helping blind and visually impaired individuals in
Southeast Wisconsin get outside and stay active, free of charge.
These are just some of the things your donation supports. We're also raising money to provide full
scholarships and to fund cataract surgeries for those in need.Blind Grind Global Foundation is a hands-on nonprofit. Sarah Hopper serves as President and leads
most of our work alongside co-founder Mike Hopper, with guidance from a Board of Directors that
meets monthly. We're a small team right now, but we have big goals for growing.
